It is a good text but Not recommended for Step 1

This book is an excellent book but I do not recommend it for step 1. It is better to stick with Robbins. The text is geared towards British styled medical board examinations not for the USMLE the info are too little to make a difference on Step 1. However it is a good text for refreshing your memory on the ward!
