Finally, a book that gives clear, well thought out exercises that will challenge you. This book does not promise a quick fix, which we all know is not realistic, but what it does promise is results if you are willing to put in the work. This book teaches you how to create your own workout plan from the exercises given. It is set up so that anyone from the beginner athlete to the elite athlete can devise a workout that will challenge you and start you on a path to get the results you've been wanting. At the beginning of 'Core Fitness,' there is a core test that will show you exactly where you need to start. The exercises are broken down between upper abs, lower abs, obliques, and total core and each exercise is shown with modifications for the beginner and advanced versions. In addition to the core exercises, the last chapter discusses the importance of including HIIT workouts and cardio workouts into your overall exercise regimen with a clear plan for how to include those in your workout routine. In the end, this book is an excellent guide, and I know I'll be able to use it over the long term to reach my goals.

One of the better core exercise books on the market right now. This book provides men and women with a plethora of core exercises that can help you look your best when your on the beach or pool during the summer months.

I am loving this book. Instructions that are to the point along with pictures showing you how to do each workout. It comes with a training log for you to use each time you workout. Great for both men and women to use alone or together. Don't miss out on this book.
